I'm doing recently a lot of math, this helps me getting a better feeling of FE, BE points and EQ against various ranges. I never saw any DC videos, I've only experience w/ CR, but I've heard good stuff about them. Videos are definitly a good way to improve. I think by far the most important thing is posting and discussing hands in forums. I really hope they introduce cashgame in March, but I have no idea.. May-June would be a real disaster.
