Alive!

Harrah’s released a couple of days ago their schedule for 2010 World Series Of Poker. The schedule hit me like a flash and I really want to go to Vegas the entire series. The last couple of weeks I really had no idea of what to do, if studying is the right thing or if playing is the right thing to do. I felt lost and wasn’t really motivated and I knew either way there is a pretty high chance I get bored/frustrated.

After I saw the schedule it was clear to me that I have to go to Vegas. My inner life just changed within a second, I felt so sharp and fresh, like I was new born. I really want to do this from the bottom of my heart, thus I already made some calculations and plannings for the new year. I am continuing playing SNGs, going for SNE and my goal is 1,2 million VPPs till 23th May. That is something like 10.5k VPPs/day, what should be achievable in 8 hours. I also left myself a pillow of 20-25 days (saturdays, holidays, illness ect.) where I don’t have to grind. WSOP starts I beliefe 29th May, what means I’ll be there from 27-28 till mid-end July.

The question is whether to make a new prop bet or not. I should get a lot of action dueto my pathetic failing 2 months ago, but on the other hand  I always seem to fail when I create myself more pressure than necessary. I’m definitly thinking about this.

My decision is final, only a wonder can stop me now. Luckily I havn’t found a flat in Austria yet. When I think about university there is just one thing what come me to mind: Postponed is not abandoned. Seriously, I can still move to Austria in the summer and start studying in autumn when I have no concrete plan for the second part of the year.
